Our Trade & Order Collection Counter is open from:

Monday to Friday - 9.30 am to 5.00pm
We strictly adhere to the above counter opening times as we are an internet based company and have to deal with internet queries and a lot of packing and despatching of internet orders during the day.
We obviously work a lot more than 7.5 hours per day but think this is adequate time for collecting orders.
If you are unable to collect between these times we offer a delivery service on internet orders.
We are not strictly a retail premises and the counter facility is for order collection or trade sales.

Sunday - CLOSED

NOTE: We do not take telephone orders.
For faster service when visiting our unit, please place your order on our web site to reserve the products you require.
When you visit simply quote your order reference number or print out your order confirmation and hand this to one of the staff for faster service.
