Delivery / Shipping Information ::

 

Despatch / Cut Off Times

 

Orders received before 2.00 p.m will be dispatched the same day (working days ONLY: Mon - Fri).

All orders received after 2.00 p.m will be dispatched the next working day.

We will always attempt to dispatch orders received after 2.00pm on the same working day, but if that is not possible, especially on a Monday due to the weekends orders, they will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders received after 2.00 p.m on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. Monday).

(we are unable to advise on the time's of delivery).

 

Orders placed on a Friday (before 2.00pm) will be delivered on the Monday for example, if you selected Courier Next Working Day as your delivery method.

We would advise that our couriers do not make Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.

 

We use various shipping methods in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers.

We use the services of a Courier (DPD) and the Royal Mail.

Due to the amount of orders we ship with DPD we have special discounted pricing from them and are able to offer extremely competitive pricing.

The various shipping methods are shown during the order process and also at checkout for you to specify which method is suitable to you.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders will not be shipped to alternative countries than the Credit Card billing country.

First 2 orders can only be shipped to the Credit Card billing address unless prior agreement with Digitalpromo Ltd

 

 

Courier Information

 

We currently use the services of two couriers to deliver parcels and packages - DPD & Royal Mail.

 

DPD

 

The Next Working Day method of delivery is offered by DPD and is NOT 100% guaranteed.

Our records show that approx. 99.2% of packages arrive on time but occasionally there may be a delay in a package reaching it's destination on time due to queries, errors or adverse weather, if this occurs we will endeavour to sort these problems out as quickly as possible if we are notified.

you will require your Consignment Number (usually the same as your order number) which will have been obtained when placing the order or alternatively log in to your account and view your order history, all orders you have placed will show, along with the order reference number (shown as # then number)

You can also track your delivery within your Order History by clicking the "Track order" link that will show below each order you have made, this tracking will only show information after you have received a email confirmation that your order has been "Shipped".

After your email confirmation it may also take a few hours for the tracking information to show as the consignment/order has to reach DPD's Birmingham hub/main depot and be scanned in to their tracking system.

NOTE:

Tracking is only available when Courier (DPD) is your selected delivery method.

BFPO cannot be sent by courier service - ONLY ROYAL MAIL method

 

Royal Mail

 

We use Royal Mail for Registered Delivery, International and 2nd Class Standard Parcels.

For Registered deliveries and International queries with Royal Mail you will require a consignment number, should you require this number for any reason please email info@digitalpromo.co.uk we will email this consignment number to you.

Note: Royal Mail is NOT at track able service and we advise waiting the specified delivery timescale plus 4 days before contact us for information.

NOTE: Standard Parcels, Royal Mail's delivery time is specified as 3-5 days and may take longer if you live in remote areas or certain parts of the United Kingdom

Delivery in UK

 

The postage and packing price is worked out by the weight and size of your purchases including packaging.

All of the items for sale on this site have had their weight taken and added to the sites weight database with packaging included.

The total weight is then calculated once you enter the ordering process and the cost of postage and packing is shown during the ordering process.

For small purchase of 1Kg or less we find Royal Mail the most cost effective.

 

Example of our Next Working Day Courier costs are:

 

0.001Kg  -  5Kg = £5.50 + VAT

5.01Kg  -  30Kg = £7.75 + VAT

and £4.65 + VAT subsequent 30Kg parcels.

United Kingdom Exceptions

 

NOTE: Our couriers do not deliver to the below areas at a standard rate, these areas are charged at:

 

.0001Kg - 10Kg = £14.99 + VAT

and 65p + VAT per subsequent 1Kg.

This service is a 2 working day service.

Note: Royal Mail Standard Parcel is a 2nd Class delivery method and takes 3-5 Working Days, it can also take slightly longer if you live in a remote area e.g. Scottish Highlands, Islands etc. or certain parts of the United Kingdom.

IMPORTANT NOTE

 

If the couriers attempt to deliver you package on numerous occasions and are unable to deliver due to no access (person not at home) and no arrangement is made by you, the customer, with the couriers to collect the package, the package will be re-turned back to Digitalpromo Limited by the couriers.

You will be charged for the return of the package to Digitalpromo Limited and also for the re-sending of the package, to you, the customer, as we are charged by the couriers for this service.

 

If you wish to have the parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched e.g. to your workplace, due to you realizing you will not be at home, again we are charged by the couriers for this service and must pass this charge on to you the customer.

NOTE: This service is only available after your first order has been shipped to your billing address.

We can only deliver to the European destinations shown.

 

The delivery price is worked out by the weight and size of your purchases.

All of the items for sale on this site have had their weight taken and added to the sites weight and size database.

For small purchase of 2Kg or less we find Small Package International the most cost effective.

NOTE: An Individual Small Package International CANNOT weigh over 2Kg.

 

For Parcels 2Kg - 30Kg we find our Couriers (DPD) to offer the best value.

Due to the amount of orders we ship with DPD we have special discounted pricing from them and are able to offer extremely competitive pricing.

 

NOTE: The Courier Cost's are the same from 1Kg - 30Kg....order up to 30Kg and the cost of delivery is the same as 1Kg.

The Courier Delivery Method is excellent value for money on larger orders.
