If your Storage Options product exhibits faults within the valid warranty, please contact your UK Service Centre number as soon as possible on 0844 248 7191.

During the reporting of your problem, Storage Options professional support employees will determine either to solve the problem online or in case of defective products to create an RMA No. (Return Material Authorisation) to send back your defective product.

Once your return has arrived at Storage Options Service Centre, Storage Options is able to offer the following:

   1. Repair your product
   2. Exchange it for another product (like for like)
   3. Exchange it to a new product

The product which you`ll get back, takes over the warranty period of your primary bought product. The product Storage Options gets after exchange transfers over to Storage Options property.

At no time do Storage Options take any liability or recovery responsibilities for data stored upon sold products, nor do Storage Options accept any liability in the case of optical media damaged by external devices.

What to do in case of product malfunction?
If You Need Assistance

Operate your Storage Options product with original accessories only (Power supply, data cable etc.)!
In case of RMA return, add these accessories implicitly to the defective product.

   1. Call Stoarge Options Service Centre on 0844 248 7191 or mail them on support@storageoptions.com
   2. If your product is defective, you will get an RMA no. by any of our competent service and support employees. Afterwards you are allowed to return your defect product to Storage Options.
   3. Please ensure your delivery is properly packaged (if possible use the original packaging) and also ensure the valid RMA no. is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
   4. After receiving your delivery, the Storage Options Repair Centre will repair / exchange your product within 5 working days.
